Circa 1000 - 1600, 72 cm high, 30 cm wide. Facial features and arms in relief, fingers open, arms at the chest I'm praying gesture. These figures were places as guardians in the entrances to graves of wealthy peple or rulers. Provenance: MRs. Obregon collection Colombia. Tierradentro Culture.
